Having trouble with the tispr App? Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Check your WiFi or cellular connection.
- The tispr App requires iOS 9.0 or later, and Android 4.1 or above. Double check that you have the latest versions in order to enjoy tispr!
- Make sure you're using a compatible device. The iOS tispr App is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, and optimized for iPhone 5 or newer.
- If you aren’t receiving alerts when you get a new message, ensure you’ve enabled push notifications. To do so, please go to iPhone settings, select tispr, then select “allow push notifications.”
